Burning CD's problem

So I have iTunes and a special playlist that I want to burn onto disc and give to someone. The list (according to iTunes) is 576 MB. However, I have two problems when I want to burn the music onto disc.

1.) It only wants to burn about 17 tracks (~ 81 MB) per disc, when the CD-R can hold 700 MB. ( Well over the whole playlist)

2.) When I burn the music onto the CD's and put them back into the computer (and every other computer for a fact) all of the track names and tags are gone.

How did I screw the pooch ?

Help is appreciated.

:)

Sounds like you're trying to make an audio CD instead of a (data) CD with all of the mp3/aac/whatever files on it. Audio CD's don't hold track information.
