building a new pc, help requested

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing?
lots of internet browsing, videos, I want to play "the old republic"
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Did you buy that 6570 from Newegg? That is a bit overpriced considering you can get a card that performs far better for $20. If you could I would return it and get a different one.

Instead of AMD you should be looking at a i3 2100 and H61/7 combo as well. Performs better then both of those CPUs and MMOs from what I remember are more CPU driven. Likely see better results with the i3 then either of the AMD CPUs.
 
As xBanzai89 noted, are you sure you can't return that HD 6570 card? It's seriously overpriced and underperforming as well. Besides telling you to play the game on low settings and low resolution, we really can't help you make that GPU work for you.

As for the CPU and mobo, definitely go with xBanzai89's recommendations as an Intel setup is definitely gonna give you more performance here.

As for the case and PSU, you're spending too little on the case and PSU as the PSU in either of those setups are more than likely to kill parts in your PC. I know for a fact that the included PSU in that Apevia case will kill parts in the PC as I own that very Apevia case and PSU. That shitty Apevia PSU killed quite a few of my parts before I was able to get rid of it.

If you don't want to kill your PC, get this case + PSU setup instead:

That G.Skill RAM is definitely overpriced considering that you can get twice as much RAM from the same manufacturer for $13 more:

I appreciate the help so far and have decided to begin the return process on the Radeon HD 6570, it hasn't been opened so I do not see any reason why Tigerdirect would not except it.

In order to try to reallocate some money I'm going to try to reuse my old 420w, its been gather dust for a few years now but always worked perfectly when it was getting used. Are there any decent bugget cards that I could use that would run on that PSU or would I be better off reusing my current 9600GT OC until I free up some cash? I looked at the GTX 265 but could not find any power requirements.

also are either of these good choices as combos or would I be better off buying a non combo set?

That doesn't mean the PSU is a good PSU to use with new hardware. How old is that PSU and what's the make and model?

Can't answer that as we need to know what 420W PSU you have. For all we know, it's a danger to even the 9600GT.

Those combos are fine if you really want Asus and don't mind having only two RAM slots. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting the CPU and mobo seperately, with this mobo being my recommendation:
