Building a Litecoin mining computer - need help finding a GPU

For a couple weeks now I've been planning to build a custom desktop that can mine Litecoins, and with the recent jump in the price of Litecoins (over $30/ea) decided it is time I pull the trigger on this. I was following the /r/gpumining subreddit and they recommend the AMD 7950 graphics card for mining, but I can't find it anywhere. Does anyone here know where I can get one of these cards, maybe on a Black Friday sale, or is there a better card that works just as well for mining? Thanks in advance!

I think people seem to be debunking the XFX rumour as nobody can explain to me what the issue is - my cards seem to have had no issue mining. They'll be tricky to find as they're discontinued - the direct replacement is the R9 280 (not X) which is almost the exact same card.
