My headphones have given up the ghost - which is fine with me - they were an uncomfortable though utilitarian pair of Plantronics.

Now I am in the market and had ordered a pair of Koss SB-40s as recommended in the Sticky thread only to have NCIX tell me that the model has been discontinued.

This was after 3 weeks of waiting.

So now I am back at square one - I don't mind ordering online, but I would like to have one that will be comfortable to wear.

Budget is around 100 bucks. And I've started playing guitar and run the guitar through a USB device for recording, so I'd like it to handle audio decently. I also game so the mic is important as well.

Recommendations for a nice big, comfy headset for my big ears is most welcome.

i just ordered the sb40 from buy.com and got a confirmation that its on the way.
the plantronics audio.370 is large and comfy- u might consider that-the mic is great. this doesnt have great audio quality tho- most headSETs dont

update- got the sb40 today. its much bigger and more comfortable the sb49/sb45. time for some listening tests- might need burn in
