Alka-Seltzer Plus Cold & Cough Medicine :p

I use Media Player Classuc w\ K-Lite Codec Pack (w\ Real & Quicktime Alternatives as well)

In general I use MPC and the K-Lite Codec Pack. I use BSplayer for its more advanced features when I need them.
