Ok so I fell quite dumb, I was looking in the forums, I think in here and someone was helping someone else with some question, I don't remember.

Anyway in that help they pointed to a site that had tons of info about specific commands you could use in dos scrips the site started with a J but I can't remember!

I can't even find the post ARGH! If you were the one or possibly know the site I'd be greatful.

Online help within Windows has tons of information about commands you can use batch files.

This is the thing, I looked at that site and I saw explaniations, coomands (not com's, not exe's stuff that in the commandline interp.) that I haven't dug up in years!

I have no idea why I didn't bookmakr the site right away.

Possibly www.jpsoft.com. I saw someone point to it in reference to the Start command. Some of the stuff there is specific to their 4DOS/4NT cmd.exe replacement though.

woohoo! thanks that was the site I was looking for.

Yeah it might be but there still is a good bit of stuff there that I'm not sure I've seen else where, I'll find out what os propritary :p

Thanks.
