Audio CD Burning Question

Is there any way to burn an audio cd with crossfade effects (without the pause in between tracks) and still have the cd player recognize when one track ends and another begins? I've grown accustomed to the crossfade when listening to tunes on Winamp and I'd really like to make my cd's sound the same.

BTW, I'm using Nero 5 to burn cd's. And yes, I've RTFM and can't seem to find any info.
