armada 3500 installing win2k help!

i having problem installing win2k on my laptop....just to let everone know win98 boot fine...

becouse that laptop have no CD or floppy i swap the HD over to my ibm and sys c: it and then copy my i386 folder from my win2k cd.. i also copy my wireless driver over..

went i swap the HD back over to my armada 3500 i get a win98 screen and it boot into dos.... i go into my i386 folder and run winnt... everthing work fine upto this point...until after i reboot... i get an NTLRD is missing :mad:

the same thing happen with nt4 and winxp....but win95 and win98 work fine!


i try everthing i think of and out of luck.... can anyone help me out here..!
