Android Phone Won't Boot, Battery? Issue

My mother has managed to wreck her 4th phone in 3 years... Her Pixel 7 (second insurance replacement) started dying rapidly a few days ago. Yesterday, it died and will not start. When plugged into a charger it displays a picture of a battery with a question mark inside of it.

We picked up a new phone for her, but I'd like to be able to get back into her Pixel 7 to transfer the MFA, and certain data off of a few apps that didn't transfer.

Hoping someone knows how I might be able to boot the phone with a battery error like this. Either my Google-fu has failed me, or there isn't really a way...
 
I'd recommend setting up permanent places for charging the phone where she most often uses it, and where she leaves it when she's not using it. That way you know she's using a charger and cable which will properly charge the phone, at least most of the time. Super glue the cable to the charger if you have to.

As for the phone, I got nothing. Don't think I've ever buggered a battery that badly, at least not on a phone with a permanent battery. Worst I've done is when connected it would flash that battery for a second, then attempt to boot, die and repeat. That was remedied by using a proper charger/cable, which it didn't attempt to boot with.
