AirTunes Troubles

I just bought a new Airport Express, and have it hooked into the LAN at my school. In order to get the wireless working, I disable both DHCP and NAT addressing (so it will look like one computer on the network). Before doing so, I set the router up for AirTunes, and I can see my speakers in iTunes. But, I can't connect and play through them. Also, I can't access the router anymore with the airport admin utility, but that's fine as long as everything works. Any way to fix this?

Flying blind here, no AirTunes experiance.

My guess is the AirTunes pulled a different IP address than what the admin tool is looking for. Honestly, I'm not much help on this matter. :(
