I'm going to stick with the stock heatsink for now. The THERMALRIGHT HR-03 GT that [H] reviewed looked the best but I don't feel like spending more money and buying a fan.

In nTune I'm keeping my fan speed at 50%... anymore I can begin to hear the fan.

Right now I got the core at it's default 670MHz, and OC'd the memory to 1000MHz.

Pixel fillrate seems to be affected (if I remember correctly) if I increase the core, and texture fillrate & memory bandwidth increase from memory.

Any ease OC's this card should be able to handle?

What is a good way to test it's stability? Does that crappy looking GPU stability tester from ntune work?

I would scrap ntune and use Rivatuner - gives you better control over settings, including fan speed. You should be able to get at least 750 core, 1850 shader, and 1050 (2100) on the memory - maybe a lot higher than that. You can use AtiTool's stability tester to check the overclock, but it sometimes finds artifacts that you can't see in games, so I wouldn't use it as the end all be all of your testing.

I open rivatuner and it tells me that I have a driver that it doesn't support my driver or something (I got the latest one from nvidia's site...)

I can't find a way to overclock with it all, I'm guessing you press that small button after customize, mine doesn't have any OC stuff though.

Here's the important bit:

edit RivaTuner.cfg

and change the line:

G92 = 610h-61Fh

to

G92 = 610h-61Fh, 600h
