Quick question, I have a newer Dell XPS 410 w/ a 375W PS. What are the odds the 8800GT will work on this system?

it ought to work. dell uses pretty reliable power supplies in their systems.
 
I'm using a generic 400w PS that came with my case. I have been using it for 4 days and running games maxed out for at least 4 hours a day. No problems so far. Even if you were considering getting a new PS, I'd use the current one until any issues occur.

Bingo. PSU's generally don't fade/decay over time; they just up and blow and can potentially take the rest of your system with them. I wouldn't try it :eek:.
 
Should run fine without a problem.

Dell for whatever reason under rates thier PSU's by a bit. A 375 watt dell PSU is enough to run any single card out there.
