Need some help with which one to get. I’m planning on buy an Intel 14900K, KF, KS. Which one for gaming performance?

The very top end of the 14th gen is the KS with slightly higher clock speeds. The KF doesn't have an iGPU, but is otherwise the same as the K which has an iGPU.

Just be sure to immediately update your motherboard BIOS to keep the CPU from killing itself with the V-min shift microcode problem.
 
Everything arestavo said. You won't need the iGPU for gaming. The 14900KS will be slightly better than the KF equivalent, but it won't make that much of a difference if you plan on overclocking (which you probably won't). If you don't care about the extra cost, get the 14900KS, otherwise the 14900KF, then the 14900K in that order.
