12v rail

that is pretty good. The ATX standard is +/- 10%.

The only way to accurately mesure the voltage is to take a multimeter and check them straight on the psu connectors
 
You should be fine. Those are close enough to not cause you any problems in stability.

If yours is like mine, using a multimeter tester, I get 12.18V when the software reports it as 11.97V. Software report isn't that accurate.
 
You are well within acceptable range for the voltage. There is always going to be some resistance on the way from the PSU to the mobo, so even if the software report is completely accurate, that's totally normal.

Or just buy some hefty resistors and short everything out. If you did your math right and the PSU is still running you're good to go. If it explodes then it's not doing what the manufacturer said it could, or you did the math wrong.
