    What is a good free alternative to Media Player? One that is simple to use that has all the functionality of Media Player.
    I didn't want to derail the thread in the RIP Windows Media Center topic, but you asked for recommendations for alternative media players. Have you ever tried Mediamonkey? It's like iTunes without the BS and quirks that makes iTunes suck. I highly recommend it. I also use it with my android phone.
