When sending data across a wireless network (from your PC to your Wireless Router to the destination PC across the globe), from your PC to your wireless network, is this considered a OSI Layer 2 or are we in the Physical layer already.
I'm now self-studying for an CCNA, but the OSI concept...

Are those cs servers within your geographical range? Maybe do a ping test on those servers. I highly suspect you have some major packet loss involved.
Or maybe your apartment owners are packet shaping :eek:
The error is as though some process is still using it.
When I cut-and-paste, I noticed that its almost simultaneously where the directory gets moved. Even if the directory is very big.
I'm having a problem copying subfolders to other folders in WinXP SP2.
Whenever I cut & paste a directory over to another directory, it gets copied almost instantly and then when I try to open up that subfolder, I get "Access Denied".
The original directory is also gone (cut-and-paste)...
