    How often do you disassemble your loop?

    I try to take mine apart and clean it every 6-8 months complete breakdown and flushing of pump, blocks, tubing and rad. Generally I replace the tubing and the clamps when I do this.

    you should be fine. I used to take a credit card and make sure it was spread evenly over the chip in a thin layer. Lately though I have just followed the guideline of putting a small dot about the size of a pea in the center of the chip and my temps are pretty much the same as before.

    I have seen a 3rd party support rail that you can buy and attach to the case that runs down the outside edge of the card, but I can't find the website that was selling them. Warping the PCB is what I am concerned about.
