I tried 2 different psu's same situation, I am just looking into buying a new board, if I can't figure this out, and as far as cooling goes I am going to try to get a better cpu fan.

From what I have seen and from what I can tell, custome caseis all I can come up with, you could always build a case that fits in the "cuby" exactly, design it how you need it. or im afraid you aren't going to have the room.
