    i have not ordered the parts yet, but i can tell you the slot is fully functional. I have taken Wifi cards out of other notebooks, they all install and work properly. this is a next year project at the moment.

    Dell laptops...

    the 120 would be fine, however be VERY careful with the power jack. I have heard of (and personaly seen) dozens of cases where the power connector in the back goes bad requiring a new motherboard to fix. This will cost $179 in parts plus labor (or your own skill/time) to install. Not cool...
