Looking for some M.2 SATA SSD's, NOT NVMe, with a capacity of 256 or 500 GB. Drive health must be =>95%. These are the older SATA M.2 drives with the 2 notches. See attached pic.

Did you try:
1. Open an admin command prompt and run this: sfc /scannow
2. Did you look at your Event Viewer for errors? That will give you a clue to what might be happening.
3. Could be RAM: check it with a MEMTEST86 boot USB.
