Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I just bought a real nice ibuypower computer and my monitor shows up RGB No input signal when I try and boot up the computer...whats that mean?
Thanks!!
Ah crap, my mistake...I already ordered it and I didn't get the newer stuff. In a month or two my family is getting another PC and it was going to be intel duo 2 core technology, so think I'll be fine? As long as I have one computer with the new tech?
Also, will i notice this computer I...
World of warcraft, have been since release and probly will be for another year or two. Counterstrike source, HL2 and its mods. That's all atm but I'll be playing other FPS and MMO's as they come onto the market.
Since I went down to 2.13 2x intel core 2 duo processors the 2gb of ram works...
I just need a quick approval from people that really know what they're talking about..I'm sitting here waiting for a reply and as soon as I get it I'll click "order."
Is 7900GT 256mb good to go?
ATM I have 1gb of pc3200 ram in my computer. I am getting a brand new computer and it has pc 6400 ram in it, I'm debating between 1gb and 2gb since theres a $104 difference. What if I put my old 1gb of pc3200 in with my new pc6400 gb...would that better than having just 1gb of pc6400ram...
The most ibuypower.com is offering me atm is 7900GT 256mb, 7900gt 512mb, 1900xtx, 1900xt.
Due to price I'm going with 7900GT 256mb, if I go any higher my computer starts going in the $1800+ range
What ever is best for gaming, I don't care which.
ATM I was thinking Nvidia Geforce 7600GS 512mb but I will go more expensive, I just want a good card that'll be awesome for gaming and I won't have to replace too soon.
EDIT: I'm ordering the computer tomorrow morning so all advice...
