    FWIW, with my current setup (A8N-SLI + 3800 X2 stock clock, 90nm) my load temp maxes out at 40C. From a bunch of googling it looks like a lot of people max out at 50C+ on air. But I still have to wonder how it compares to the thermalright or a tuniq tower.

    Had a chance to get it done this weekend, worked great! Ran some 22awg to a remote 10k pot and slobbered some hot glue on the newly soldered connections under the pump cover to help hold everything in place. Ran the wires out through the hole used for the original pot, too. I'll get some pics...

    This is going to sound ridiculous, but it's a weird one-off project anyway. I have a 240cfm bilge fan that operates on 12v (though this particular system sometimes peaks at 14-15v), and draws 4.5a. So let's say 70w at most. Can anyone think of a reasonably priced way to control the power...
