    I recently dropped my Sony Cybershot and now the lens will no longer retract. Not a big deal, as I figure I have a 1 year warranty that came with it. Now a friend of mine claims Sony cameras have a mechanism that will detect if the camera has been dropped. I call BS, but am I wrong?
