Ok...Working on this all day and I finally got it.
Now, TV out does now work from the iPhone.....What a waste of time and money.
Also, if you don't have access to router configurations, you cannot use Plex outside of the home.
Ok. I seem to have figured it out.
Now, I goto the web manager and it just gets stuck on the Plex logo in the center of the screen....No dashboard loads. No links to click either. I searched Google and cannot find a solution to this problem.

I travel a lot. So I though I would purchase a VPS, upload all my movies and I would be able to stream them to my iPad remotely. Well, this isn't the case....Some times I can stream, sometimes I cannot.
So I want to setup an actual stream server on my VPS.
It is a linux VPS with no GUI...

I want to increase the range on my Linksys router (flashed with DD-WRT)
I don't know much about wireless so I am coming here for help.
How do I increase the range? I am also willing to buy an antenna, which ones do I look at?
