Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I think 'Heavenly Sword' will be the first game that the PS3 has that the other consoles don't have a rough equivalent of. I am looking forward to that game.
I bought a PS3 betting on it delivering the most unique quality 'grown up' games at some point... I just hope that point comes sooner...
Thanks for the suggestions, guys. Thats a nice and cheap 9600 ... sure is tempting!
I noticed, shortly after my post, that the GL4 is AGP Pro...which I'm fairly sure won't fit in my SB65G2 ... I found some inexpensive Quadro cards on ebay as well, too. Time to start shopping.
Thanks again...
Hello ...
I am currently looking to replace my ATI 9800pro with a card that will do dual-head DVI. The card must be AGP and fit in my Shuttle XPC. Gaming is NOT a concern ... I will mostly be doing various types of development on two Dell 2001FP LCDs.
Soooo ... any opinions?
So far...
Very slick room ... looks like you spent your money in the right places.
Those posters place you solidly in the 28 - 33 year range me things :) I can't believe that Faith No More never got more popular than they did... one of my most favorite bands ever. Mike Patton has pretty much the best...
To see how my desktop has changed... my 2004 thread post
I just took this a little while ago with my trusty old (and dirty) Fuji Finepix 2600Zoom :

That cenobyte case was the coolest thing I saw at QuakeCon ... I was only there for a few hours, but seeing it in person is a must as pictures just don't do it justice. The lighting was perfect to make it look like glowing red guts. Whoever did it... beautiful job! :)
Thanks for the response, UltimaParadox!
My Z560s have worked great for three years now... I'd hate to bork them just trying to clean up my wiring. I guess I'll try seeing if its the same size plug as an S-video cable... sure looks like it from the pictures. I'm hoping an s-video extension...
I've tried several searches and can't seem to come up with the magic combo...
I'd like to extend the cable that goes from the 'contoller box' on my trusty Z560s to allow more remote placement of the main amp/sub. Has anyone done this? I would prefer to get a simple extension cable and not to...
I know google is my friend, but when dealing with crappy locked down company sites and game names that are common phrases... as well as a company that gives a time of day as its name, how about making it easier on your [H] bros with some linkage?
Last time I checked... a BETA was for TESTING...and going PUBLIC is for obtaining a larger sampling of possible issues so the actual release can be as bug free as possible...
Anyway, I went from 3 19" monitors on my Parhelia @ 3840x1024 down to a single 20.1" LCD on my 9800 Pro @ 1600x1200...
I definately enjoy the wheel lots more than the control pad, and I think that it 'makes me a better driver' as well... you just can't get the variability and smoothness with the standard controller. I have mine attached to my iron desk and I'm using my Dell 2001FP's S-vid port... so fun...
