I had a Cushion Lab one but I need something higher. I sprained my foot on the Cushion lab memory foam cushion. It went to Goodwill. So basically looking for a foot leg rest. tried my Grandmas foot stool as a gift to my mom found it the perfect height about 16" I think this will help with swelling issues I have while gaming which resulted in two effusion one last year and one three years ago.

Picked up this instead I think the higher one would be ok but posture would be out of wack plus I would be too far from the screen leaning back. This thing should work out tested the height using a empty Amazon box laying around. Its adjustable wish it was maybe a few inches wider. Had a 20.00 gift card from Fetch rewards and Bing.

Someone at the office had a foot stool like that and I put a blow horn under it. It went off when she put her feet down in the morning and was funny af.
 
Yeah I think foot stools will work great for gaming and chairs that are not totally ergo for better circulation I'll see what happens on Monday.

Should be here Sunday if this things helps circulation in the legs I'll be really happy. Hopefully I can use it without hitches. Really would like a new gaming chair but I don't want to get stuck with a Lemon. Secret labs seems the way to go for durability.

This thing is pretty nice except I had to move my monitor closer due to this bar under my desk it's a drafting table. My legs circulation is tons better I did about a hour 1/2 on Borderlands 4 legs feel half way normal. I'm really glad I picked this up.
It's only 18" wide maybe if it was 21" longer it would help match the width of my chair. I bought a Cushion Lab one last year I sprainned myself on the Memory Foam version really bad foot sprain.
 
Picked up a similar one with a cushion on top I'll see what one I like better. The one I have is is ok but its makes my feet stiff instead of relaxed. Using a foot rest is a lot better for gaming sessions.
