In that size format and an all in one package? thats hard. If you want better sound that is relatively easy but it wont meet the prior metric

for all in one package, as to size, somewhere loosely in that range will do. The only brand I can think of is Panasonic

I spent less on my in wall speakers for the living room, and sub. Sound much better, much louder, and nothing sitting on a countertop.
