Samsung Trio 65w Phone Charger $10.92 Shipped at eBay

I got it on the last deal and this looks identical. Mine looks and works like it's a genuine item, but you never know as today's fakes are good enough that they fool almost everyone except the manufacturer. Still, it's become my goto as it's one plug and I can use cables to 3 different things and everything charges at full speed. It doesn't get crazy hot or anything like fakes/knockoffs do so I'm leaning towards this is the real thing and a solid deal at the price. Would love to hear someone chime in if they get in on this batch.

So the last one I got was 10.88 + tax which was just under $12 and was a pretty good deal. After seeing these $9 ones, I got the one ending in 9205 since it was under $10 shipped, and if it's the exact same thing, this will be another solid charger to have that's not some generic fire hazard knockoff. I'll compare the two and see if I can tell any difference. (y)
 
Do you guys use them for Galaxy phones only? What about other stuff like Acer Chromebook, Dell Latitude, iPhone, etc?

I don't see why they wouldn't work. I have other 65w PD usb-c chargers I use for Dell latitude and they work fine.

Got two 🤞 they're legit
 
I think I just bought the last one. Solid little USB power supply for cheap. My daughters lose one every few months. It'll get used eventually.
 
or they are knock offs BUUT, when i've had OEM stuff cheap like old overstock Dell RMA leftovers it was from Texas. man i have quite a few bricks already but, $10 is pretty good for brand name if it's legit
 
I hope that you all get legit chargers.

When I got my Samsung S25 Ultra last year, I wanted to get a 45W charger. I saw eBay flooded with cheap 45W chargers that looked like authentic Samsung chargers. I got one just as a test. When I would plug it in, it would briefly negotiate "Super Fast Charging 2.0", which would normally mean that it correctly supported both USB PD and PPS. But after only one second or so, the charging would stop and start again. Sometimes it would stop and start multiple times, eventually settling on a much slower charge mode. I eventually opened the charger up to see what I was actually dealing with. It was an absolute minimum of actual charging circuitry surrounded by two useless metal weights in order to make the charger feel heavy. Textbook Chinese counterfeit scam stuff.
 
The last one linked above is OOS, but by looking thru the suggested listings I found another one for just under $11, plus FL sales tax, of course.

Somebody must have found a big box, or two, of these in the corner of the warehouse... or finally got their knockoff machine working again. :)

Edit: turns out my order is a new listing from the same Seller in the OP, at the same price, too.

Edit #2: correction... the 1st listing linked by SamirD above is still showing a bunch of inventory at $9 so I overpaid by nearly 20%... I hate it when I do that. Fortunately in this case that was only $2. :)

Need another charger like I need another hole in my head but... I can retire some older, lower power ones, and my kid's now coming home from school with a chromebook so him being able to charge (because like he's going to remember to bring home a charger) might be useful
 
Got mine today from the OP. Seems legit from what I can tell at first glance/test, although I only have an iPhone 15 Pro to test with. My USBC tester (TC66C) shows the detected protocols. I've seen it flow 20W from the 65W port but I don't know if that's a limitation of my tester or iPhone (was at ~55% SoC).

As mentioned in the previous thread, i've seen fast charge speeds on three different Motorola models, one of them goes from 20% to 80% in like 20-25 minutes? Charges HP and Lenovo laptops, barely gets a tiny bit warm.

I do not have testing equipment but judging by charging speed the Dollar Tree cables seem to carry the full 65w, phones, laptops etc.

And in case anyone didn't know, to get really high speed charging the cable must be USB-C to USB-C. The older USB-A to USB-C cables have some 15w 3A limitation.

Edit: found a 65w Samsung charger with no cable bundled, charger only, $7.88 shipped: https://www.ebay.com/itm/318593976606 .... I may bite.

Could be, but those of us in this thread wouldn't expect a cable so we wouldn't be disappointed. Am just not sure of that seller so it's rolling dice imo.

Was referring to in-store purchases where you can get singles at that price. Am not sure about online purchase restrictions or minimums.

Whoever made the Woot deal thread for the Otterbox 60 watt USB C 3 slot charger a year or so ago has been my hero since then.
I bought two of those for myself and few additional for stocking stuffers. Best chargers I've owned yet. In for this one as I could use it in my office.

The few stores i've checked have USB cables in two separate places, there some nicer ones in the "plus" $5 aisle ... whereas the cables i linked sit elsewhere near cheap hardware and lightbulbs. Could be sold out for you atm though.

I use these as extras and giveaways to those who are always looking to borrow a charging cable at the workplace.

I have a sacrificial drawer like that at work, the “let me look in here and see what I got” drawer. And then I have another drawer that has the cables that I want. That way when people learn about the cable drawer and come visit while I’m away, they will long term borrow from the ones I don’t care about.
 
I received my "Samsung" charger today. A couple of attempts would not make my Dell Latitude recognize it. But it seems to charge my Acer Chromebook without issue, so I am happy. I'll be watching for smoke and burning odors.
 
My order of two units came in. It is hefty at 132 grams and it currently "fast" charging my Pixel 9a for the last 10 mins.

On a Dell Latitude 3340 (battery level 84%):
65w port shows 24w
25w shows 30w

Dell latitude 3330 (battery level 84%)
Same as above

Dell latitude 3310 (battery level 93%)
Not detected

All 3 Dell laptops detect both Lenovo and Dell 65w usb-c charger at 65w.

These are most likely fake. Tried both chargers, with 100w rated cable, same results.

Edit: plugged in a Baseus 45w, all dell detect 45w.

Interesting.

Though i have no way of measuring my charger my phones charge noticeably faster on the 65w port.

One thing to note, all ports will drop charging wattage if two or more devices are charging at the same time.

Got two. Will test on my Pixel 11 this week so not sure if its fast or slow but it says an hour to go from 50% to 100% but could be phone limitation.

Yeah those eBay ones are fake.

The model on your box shows as "EP-T6530NBEGWW" which is sold in Africa, which of course as a different wall connector.

EP-T6530NBEGUS is the true US model.

I bought 4 and have inspected 2. Both units have the same serial number on the box, which is also the same serial number as kyang's unit. The units themselves do have unique serial numbers.

If you look up the BEGWW number, it does not have a US wall connector, but these do. The part number is on a sticker applied to the white box.

As things were looking promising earlier in the thread, I contacted the seller (the one in the OP) to ask about the model number discrepancy. I got a generic email reply "starcom-mobile sent a message about 65W 型 USB C 超快壁式充电器+电缆 适用于三星 Galaxy S23 S22 S21 S24 #358840869691" from "starco_hw5899ujt@members.ebay.com.hk"

This item was supposedly located in "Dallas, Texas". Are there a lot of Chinese merchants using Hong Kong email addresses in Dallas Texas?
