TerraMaster F6-424 6 Bay NAS - $485 shipped (US)
Solid 6 bay turnkey unit. Intel N95 4 core CPU with 8gb ram and two 2.5gb ethernet ports on it that can run in LAGG mode. I believe it has 2 m.2 slots in it as well. Drive caddies are tool-less. It can accept third party OS's so you can run things like TrueNAS or Unraid on it if desired. TOS6 will install by default though, and is functional enough if you want a basic NAS - not quite as polished as QNAP or Synology OS offerings but it does the job just fine. I only switched to something different because I upgraded my homelab to 10gbe.

I had plans to make this into a proxmox server but ended up lucking out into some big tin instead. The CPU was my personal desktop CPU for a long time until I upgraded. The case and PSU spent a lot of time as a Media Center PC back in the day. The case can accommodate a fairly large GPU via a riser card, though I did run into some problems with cards that are "tall" not having enough clearance to fit. There's also a slim (laptop style) SATA BlueRay drive in there. Basically a full system - and before anyone asks I am absolutely not interested in parting it out.
Ubiquiti Switch 8 150w PoE Switch + AC-IW AP - $135 shipped
Some leftover gear from days of yore. Everything still works, just needs a new home.
8x SK Hynix 32GB DDR4-2666 ECC RDIMMs - $850 for all / $240 each pair shipped
These are working pulls from my homelab server, 256GB in total. Preference goes to folks interested in all 8 sticks. Because of value I will only be accepting payment via Zelle for these.
