Indiana Jones videogame teased by Bethesda

Game still too expensive to consider DLC. Since I played on gamepass it is a pain to pay 100$ for full version 🙄. So skipping for now and will possibly never play DLC because need it on Steam with dlc and don’t want to replay the main course.

That, plus transferring Game Pass saves to Steam/EGS/whatever version is overly complicated is why I don't like Game Pass. Unless it has all of the possible content included, not really worth the trouble.
 
I mean I played the game for free on day one. Can’t complain too much. But yeah it is a pita as gamepass pricing in my region is always 5-20$ higher so I am just going to wait it out if there is an Xbox sale later to see if dlc might be worth it. Right now I only see an option to play this on Xbox app if I get the full upgraded version (with dlc) of the game which is over 100$.

Just buy it on the Xbox app, I don't get what is so hard about that.

Last few times I checked it was still 20-30% more than the alternatives. Even then the discount would typically be negated by the initial subscription cost. It works fine for games that don't have DLC and you never want to play again, assuming you get a big discount on the subscription.
 
I reinstalled it to play the DLC and it's fucking locked to 60fps and my inputs are laggy? I remember it being like this at launch but there was a fix with Low Latency in the Nvidia control panel. I checked and my Low Latency is off in the Nvidia panel. wtf? I can't get to go past 60 and this input lag ugh

Gamepass is very expensive in my region. Cheapest I can get it on loaded.com for 90$ (formerly cdkeys) but I won't be replaying the whole game on Steam again.

If Game Pass is very expensive, then why did you play it on Game Pass? Your screenshots are not even showing the Game Pass price, it's showing the Xbox app store price for the game. According to my search, PC Game Pass is AED $51.39/month, or USD $13.99/month.

I loaded gamepass for 3 years for 100$ or something.
Price is same on microsoft store or Xbox app. Game pass price is shown next to the normal store price. It is called gamepass upgrade.
And I already mentioned it was free.

this sounds more exciting than the game...you should at least report him to the owner of this site FrgMstr
 
This DLC is a steaming pile of shit. There is a puzzle where you have 1 second to change pieces but the interaction is so damn slow and always go the wrong way and the pieces disappear into the floor. Now you have to restart the last 15 or so minutes. When the pieces clip into the floor its game over. I hate fucking game developers. Laziest bastards out there.

Sounds like a rule 12 violation for RJ 1892 FrgMstr. You can go to the profile page and use the report button.
 
Started playing this recently. Liking it, but i have an issue.
I set my max fps to 117 in nvidia control panel and the game, and it does limit it to that.... until I hit a cutscene which is capped at 60. It then no longer stands by the cap and whenever i'm near 120hz/fps gsync activating and deactivating is a stuttery mess.

Any way to make it stay at 117 without restarting every 5 minutes?
 
I got the game on sale on GOG, but I wish I'd read this thread first.

I like the story, graphics, and performance. The mechanics and controls are shit.

I mean, I feel like that's the curse of an Indy game

It's half impossible to have good mechanics that work in the context

I think it basically nailed it as best as it possibly could have

You can break the combat a bit and it gets a bit goofy, but I think it mostly sticks the landing
