“Distribution of the physical cards will be handled through both digital and in-person channels. Fans can secure cards through Summer of RTX giveaways hosted on official GeForce social media channels. The company confirms it will also distribute the cards at its booths and partner booths during upcoming summer events, including Bilibili World 2026, QuakeCon 2026, and Gamescom 2026.

KitGuru says: It's a neat piece of nostalgia for long-time hardware collectors, though you'll have to be lucky to complete the collection.”

This is just marketing to the Pokemon Generation, that cadre who play "collectable" card games like Magic and Pokemon the way western gunslingers played poker......entirely too seriously.

Honestly, when I saw this headline initially, I assumed it was going to be like those crypto trading cards, and it being a thinly veiled cover for gambling where the prize was a 5090 or something.
