Sorry if this is a simple question. I did do googling and some LLMing, no luck. ```` ```` ` ` < > [ code] [ /code] brackets etc etc whatever, none of them seem to work. I read you can maybe download an app (stupid) or use notes and format it as such, but Im not seeing the options described.

Example, in this forum I simply paste:
