Apparently the rumors are true, AMD re-released the 5800X3D. I bought some of these years ago when they were still mainstream and pricing was near $300. In this environment, I didn't think $350 was a bad deal for the top dog for the AM4 platform, especially if one has existing DDR4 they can utilize.

Ebay prices are still north of $400 for used. Could be a hot deal for the right person.

Why get this when you can get a 7500x3d + mobo and 16 gb for ram for the same price (used to be 299 till last week)?
 
I sold mine on ebay and bought a 5600x last Black Friday so I could spend the profit on something else I didn't need.
