Would this have a valid msi warranty being a resale of a resale? And yeah 2fa for a purchase of this size... plus pictures with your name tag rather than just generic ones.

Thanks for the interest, GT. Likely not. I don't see it on MSI's warranty info. It might be a YMMV.
I think [H]ard dropped the sig/picture requirement, because it doesn't guarantee anything. I used to enforce it as a mod on another OC forum. IMO it gives people a false sense of security. People still get ripped off. Feedback is everything.

We've already seen this here a few times as well. I personally busted another scammer here with someone's highjacked account doing exactly this after enabling 2FA to give a false sense of security.

There were signs though if you're diligent enough; somewhat obvious that the hand writing was pasted on, mods reporting recent password change after a long period if inactivity, price was enticingly below market value, etc.

If you're sceptical at all, just make sure you have some sort of buyer protection. If the seller insists on Paypal F&F or crypto, it's a huge red flag and likely scam.

I offer to pay the paypal fees if seller really needs the money that much their answer dictates my decision to proceed.

this is true but gemini is decent at spotting AI edits. take from this what you will. tip to the seller if this is legit, use original photos and 2fa to help build trust. these days its hard to know whats real and whats not

Personally, this seems legit to me so far. Seller's account has been otherwise active across the forum and has sold recently on the forum as well.

Yea, seems more of a defiance of enabling 2FA and timestamps just for the hell of it, Embracing stubbornness for the sake of being stubborn =P, which I completely understand myself...haha...I don't see any red flags considering the activity of the OP...Although for those that are worried, a G&S payment would suffice to qualm any worries.
