I want to upgrade my daughter's GPU from a RX 5700 XT to a RX 6900 XT (for ~$305) or RX 6950 XT (for ~$365) GPU. Shipped to 91320 (SoCal), or can pickup in the greater Ventura County and Los Angeles areas as well (if I can test/benchmark the card). The GPU can require 2 x 8-pin PCI-E cables or 3 x, and have a 2 or 3 slot design. I have no real brand preference, there is no length restrictions, and I do not require the original box. The GPU must work 100%. Let me know what you have. I have a few PC parts that could be used as a partial trade as well, that are listed below. Note: I will also consider a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (for ~$265) or 3080 Ti (for ~$300).
Edit: Purchased a RX 6950 XT Reference on r/hardwareswap. Closed thread.
PC parts that I own that could be used as a partial trade (if you want photos with timestamps let me know and I will include that here, or will PM you):
1. ASUS ROG STRIX AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB). Comes with the retail box. Works perfect.
2. PowerColor Red Dragon AMD Radeon RX 580 (8 GB). No retail box. Works perfect.
3. DDR5 G.SKill Ripjaws S5
DDR5-6800 CL34-45-45-108 1.40V 32GB (2x16GB) Intel XMP - F5-6800J3445G16GX2-RS5K DIMMs (Kit). I bought on [H] but never tested (as I don't have a DDR5 mboard). It is a matching pair, in a different model of G.SKill DDR5 RAM retail clamshell. They should work.
4. Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3600 DIMMs (Kit). Comes with retail box. Works fine.
5. 3 x Intel Engineering Sample (ES) Intel LGA-1700 socket (65W TDP, that support either DDR4 or DDR5 RAM) CPU's, all CPUs contain an iGPU, including 2 x QXQ3 (ES), which is around a i9-12700 equivalent, but with the CPU lanes missing and reduced clock speeds (10 to 15% slower), and 1 x QXQ4 (ES), which is around a i7-12700 equivalent CPU, but with the CPU lanes missing, and reduced clock speeds (10 to 15% slower). The QXQ3 is an engineering sample (ES) of the Intel Core i9-12900 processor. It features 16 cores and 24 threads, with a base clock speed of 1.2 GHz. The QXQ4 is an engineering sample (ES) of the Intel Core i7-12700 processor. It features 12 cores and 20 threads, with a base clock speed of 4.0 GHz. All ES CPU's have been tested on MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk motherboard (with the retail BIOS) and operate fine using the iGPU, with no instability after stress testing them using Blender, Cinebench R20, and Prime95 apps; great for virtualization (virtual machine hosting), home NAS, and video transcoding. Bought here. Note: These 3 x ES CPUs are missing the CPU lanes, and can't utilize the first (primary) PCI-Express slot with a GPU video card, so they aren't great for gaming. A GPU video card (if you don't want to use the iGPU) can be installed in any of the other PCI-E slots, that isn't the top first (primary) slot, which aren't directly connected to the CPU, they are connected through the Z690 chipset, and will work with these ES CPUs, and the same thing goes for the NVME M.2 slots. I purchased all of these CPU's on [H]. See the attached photos of 2 out of 3 of the stated ES CPUs (and 1 x QXQ3 CPU I still have in a PC). You can watch this video by der8auer (Roman H., CEO of Thermal Grizzly), from 2022, where he reviewed a similar 12900K ES CPU, to show the performance (in his case focused on gaming using modern 3080 Ti, 6900 XT, and 6950 XT GPUs), where his results showed about 16% slower gaming performance with the ES CPU versus the non-ES CPU, and any gotchas:

6. 1 x 16 GB SK Hynix 16GB 2RX8 DDR4 SO-DIMM PC4-21300 2666MHZ Memory Module HMA82GS6JJR8N-VK. Tested working.
7. 2 x 2 GB Samsung 1Rx8 DDR3 SO-DIMM PC3-12800S 1600MHZ Memory Modules. Untested, but should work.
8. Fanatec Porsche 918 RSR Sim Racing Steering Wheel, with upgraded magnetic shifter paddles that added on to the original metal non-magnetic shifter paddles (the original shifter paddles are not magnetic). It includes the carrying bag and the original retail box. Only used for a handful of hours, so it is in perfect condition. Tested, and works great.
9. 2 x Fanatec CSL Elite McLaren GT3 V2 steering wheels, both are in excellent perfect condition, both mechanical and visually, with no blemishes or visible scratches on them (I babied them, and always wore gloves). No stickers are applied. I have the retail box for both (but one may not have the sticker sheet inside it).
10. 2 x Fanatec QR1 (Quick Release, wheel side) metal version. Both include the special metal retention screw, and the original retail box. In perfect condition.
11. ASUS RT-AC1900 (T-Mobile branded) WiFi router. Tested.
12. 1 x Elegoo CANVAS for Centauri Carbon (CC1). Brand new in box unopened (sealsd). Also included in another box is the special cable for the oldest version CC1 printers that don't have an MMU port (which is also in the 2nd unopened sealed box). In the first pre-order batch of shipments; I ordered two Canvas's but only needed one so this whole set is up for trade.
13. I have a few Costco Shop cards, that add up to near the value of one of the stated GPUs, but only if it is a local sale or trade.
I have a 2 x 16 GB (32 GB total) matched kit of G.Skill Ripjaws S5 DDR5-6800 for trade for a RX 6900 XT or a 6950 XT video card (see the first photo that I just took of it, which includes the exact model # and timings on the actual DIMMs). I think it is one of the faster spec models of desktop DDR5 RAM. I bought it on HardForum in March, 2025 and never got to use it (I never did buy a DDR5 mboard). I will trade it towards a video card.
