My son randomly handed me an old backpack and said "Hey Dad, here's your old PS2".
Way back when gaming on the go was limited to piss tiny handhelds, I got myself a car plug and Joytech screen that bolts on to the back. Modchip as well. I also have a 'brand new' PS2 controller somewhere (i.e. never used).
Unfortunately the lazer is dead. I ordered a new one off amazon and without too much fuss it's up and running again. Weird thing though, the instructions for the lazer said I had to de-solder the anti-static protection otherwise it wouldn't work, but the original lazer has the same ball of solder. I'm kind of curous what would happen if I de-solder it as well.
Anyway, what should I do with it?
