Anyone RMA or heard from Arctic Cooling lately?

My Arctic AIO started failing, so I submitted a RMA ticket. They got back to me March 1st, saying "There are currently delays due to breakdowns". It's been over 2 weeks, and so far, radio silence even with a follow up.

I noticed their offical subreddit has been locked as of 20 days ago. I'm a bit worried the "breakdowns" are more than just an IT outage. I'm also getting uncomfortable with my CPU thermal throttling for such a long period of time. I'm not sure if I should just bite the bullet and buy another cooler.

Is this just a normal Arctic RMA experience, or is this unusual?

only used them once for fans and they were great. as far as i know they are not going anywhere. email again. if youre going to bite the bullet and get a cooler for while you deal with this, just grab a $35 ps120se on amazon.

I've only used Arctic AIO once with my current build -- Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 -- and it's performed flawlessly. They've been around a long time and have a stellar reputation, so I wouldn't worry about any delays.

Have used the Liquid Freezer AIO in current build and a previous build. They have performed flawlessly. Also had to order some adapters for one of them for a different socket size. Arctic sent them without charge and within 7-10 days. Have also used several of their fans. Never any complaints about Arctic.
Have on hand an Arctic Freezer III Pro 360 for my next build--just too lazy to put it all together for now.

I've had about a 50% pump failure rate with Arctic AIOs, but when I requested an RMA they sent me a new one pretty quickly.

I tried a Freezer III Pro on LGA 1700 and was thoroughly unimpressed with their mounting mechanism requiring full removal of the socket lid & lever and use of a contact frame. 1 day after installation the system spontaneously shut down. I replaced the Freezer with an air cooler and everything started right up.

I tried to use the same Freezer III Pro on an ITX AM5 build, but the massive fan over the pump/heatplate wouldn't fit.

I've had better luck with ID Cooling lately.
