My PC fans create sound like a hair dryer ever since I assembled. Is it a problem?
These are the temperatures.

When I changed the settings it from full speed to silent the sound went off. But I don't how this will effect the CPU and GPU temperature.
Is there a way I can set these fans to automatically increase the speed when temperature rises and vice versa

And this is how the fans are mounted (default).

My case Corsair 3500 has 3 fans inbuilt.
Dust is not a problem. I clean it every 2 weeks

I think those 3 fans provide in flow and CPU heat sink fan releases the air from the rear. Should I have another 120 MM RGB fan on the rear of the case?
 
I changed it to normal. No sound but how do I set variable speed that increase / decrease depending on the temperature?

Bit out of this point, Should I add another 120 MM RGB fan right on the rear of the case, to make ventilation better?
 
yup^^^. if there are any in the top, move the front one to the back. or move one of the front side ones.

There is no fan on the top. The front panel and the side left panel are made of tempered glass. There are 3 fans on right side panel for intake. I don't want to touch those fans. On the rear of the case right behind CPU heat sink I was thinking of mounting a 120MM RGB fan for exhaust. What do you think?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am also tempted to have a 200MM fan just like the way he placed it. But I am not sure if it will create negative air pressure. They say that more doesn't necessarily mean better cooling. Besides cooling I also want to add some more aesthetics, what is that thin strip light above all the way touching the GPU?

Yes, with RGB. Though performance always comes first. But I love aesthetics in a gaming PC. Which one out of these RGB fans should i buy? I don't see any reason for the price difference between these 2 when the performance seems to be the same

The RS120 is just a standard aRGB fan that plugs into the 3 pin aRGB header on the motherboard and the LX120 requires a Corsair iCue Link controller for the pretty colors.

I don't see any 200mm fans, unless those are all 200mm? Which fan are you talking about?

The black fan right next to the PSU that doesn't have RGB Colors looks way bigger than those 3 fans. So i thought It must be 200 MM

I am not sure if Corsair ICUE link controller is a part of my Corsair Case (3500) and my Corsair PSU (CX750) So I will go for standard RS120. I am mounting it on the rear of the case to exhaust the warm air out, so it has to be mounted with reverse polarity. Will it obstruct the RGB lights ?

The 3500x does not come with the iCue Link controller. I used the 3500x for my sons build a few months ago and it is a really nice case.

IIRC from your other thread... 9600X + 9060XT? I'd just add one rear exhaust fan. More is overkill. If you want more bling go find some pretty stuff. As for what to use for the rear fan I'd match whatever the 3 intakes are.

Yes thats the first step. I am gonna buy the 120 MM fan for rear first that will below hot air from CPU Heat sink and GPU out. My long term plan is to replace the heat sink with something like Corsair H150i to further enhance the cooling and add some aesthetics. I am also considering buying Corsair iCUE LS100 Smart Lighting Strips

Not the overkill, what I read is more fan doesn't necessarily mean more cooling it can have negative impact if not done right.
 
So I bought an Corsair 120MM RGB fan and fixed it on the rear...But i don't know if there is something wrong with that fan. When windows boot, before the password screen the fan stops and starts. Is it a common behaviour or did I do something wrong?

Probably from a driver probing/initializing registers. Not sure there's much you can do about that. Would have to figure out which driver is to blame, and that's totally outside my wheelhouse.
 
why did you buy another one if you had a spare?
top back as exhaust.

I ordered 2 at the same time. There is another problem. My motherboard only has 2 5v 3 pin connectors where you connect RGB port of the fans and both these ports are used.
