And? Will the end user enthusiast see this performance? No because it is for AI data servers. We won't see jack diddly squat except for ever increasing DDR prices. I think the technology is cool but it currently is of zero use to end users.

I don't really care what new model RAM any company releases as we all know price is going to be stupid ridiculous. Until prices are reigned in to late 2024 prices RAM companies will not get my money.

Patents are rules made by corporations to ensure they have a monopoly for as long as they want, and countries that agree with this are just collaborating. If one day China could benefit from patents then you'd bet they'd enforce it, but...

I think it kind of went off the rails way back with the flashlight. They've been trying to saddle Doom with a plot since Doom 3, but the plot of Doom is supposed to be that Doom Guy considers demons to be a type of flooring. That's it.

I had the sense that the maps felt dumbed down in Dark Ages in some way, hard to explain. While I finished the game, I never really liked the color coded blocking mechanic, didn't feel like it belonged in a shooter.

We don't know that. Considering Microsoft's history with game studios, I believe Microsoft just wanted to save money because they don't care about single player games. Doom Dark Ages did make money, but not Sea of Thieves and Minecraft levels...
