    Ordered mine from cosmicdallas on a Thursday. They shipped on the same day and I received it the following Tuesday. The box had a couple of minor gouges in it, I assume by Fedex, but monitor was unaffected and in like new condition. Works like a new one too.

    Mine appears brand new, too. If there's any scratches, I haven't been able to find them. Yea, they make drivers for monitors, but I don't think IBM made one for this one and I don't think it requires one. Just the Windows plug n play that loads automatically and everything works perfect...

    I haven't had a bad experience from them because I've never ordered there due too all the horror stories I've read about. I have a friend though that buys all his computer stuff there and has never had a problem (that he'll admit to anyway).
