    @cantalup I always thought that telco racks were not very deep. So what makes a telco rack different from a server rack? I will be replacing the rear fans eventually, they are not very loud. Either way I love this rack!

    I have the fans setup as an exhaust because I have the cases mounted in the front of my rack. These cases are made to be able to mount back-to-back in a rack, so in that setup the rear case would have to have the fans reverse.

    SuperMicro + Adaptec SAS RAID: Constant Physical and Logical Device Failures

    I have not had any issues with my Adaptec 5805 controller in my Supermicro 846E16 case with WD RED's. I wanted to let people know that they do work well together. I am sorry for the issues OP is having and hope it gets fixed.
