no one can tell you for sure, but 1.7 has been known to be the MAX you should go for 24/7 but most people prefere to keep their Vcore at 1.65 just to be a bit safer (still that does not mean it's 100% safe)
without knowing your ambient temp (room temp) and motherboard brand we can't help you, and even if you were to give these temps, chance that your motherboard showing the wrong temp by as high as 10C above or below the actual temp or below.

I have MCP650 and the damn thing is loud (whines like hell), but if I were to do it again, I would go with MCP600, I have been thinking about DDC, but I will wait a bit more to see some more reviews b4 I go ahead and buy it.

try to update your bios and see if that helps. your temps will drop a bit more as the AS5 goes throw some heat cycles. plus you are using a single 120mm rad to cool your CPU and GPU, which in other words is just too much heat for the rad to cool. I am cooling my gpu/cpu in one loop and my temps...
