    Which video card will deliver 50-60 fps on a 1900 x 1200 res monitor?

    I play TF2 with a single GTX280, do over 100+ but they do go as low as 40-50 in some heavy battles. That was with GTX280 with AMD x2 4800+, now I run i7, all good.

    You didn't say how you applied your thermal compound but I recommend on a unlapped HS/CPU, spread the thermal compound on the CPU using finger in plastic bag or credit card method, you want a very thin layer on it, also you can try the "Washer Mod", these will both fix your temps by a lot.     I had a similar problem with my classified, Change your settings then press F10, that would bring up Save and Exit window, Save it and try that.
