    how about non major skill. is it true 20 skills = +5 stats? let's say i'm knight with major skill are blade, block, blunt, hand2hand, heavy armor, illusion, and speechcraft.i would need 10 skills of each to get +5 stat. while for minor.. if i raise security, i would need 20 skills level up...
