    You can no longer do it directly on the device, but from what I've read online is you can do it at an Apple store after inspection as long as you're within the initial 1yr period. I cannot guarantee this of course. The initial period was 60 days.

    You should be aware of what 2FA is even outside of Heatware / [H]... scammers coming your way and it's one of the best ways to protect yourself. Age is no excuse in this case.
