Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

I dont have that option, of .0125, how would I set that?
Can anyone point me in a direction to a program that will help me underclock my card?
By the way, I called BFG, told them my issue, the guy said its probabaly bad memory on the card, and they'd send me a new one if I sent mine in...
See how Fear runs, post back. The worst possible solution here would be for the mobo to be bad. Anyway I can figure that out without removing it? I dont have any PCI E cards to test out in this board, any other suggesions?

Thanks for the info Arch, but Im not trying to OC, Im just trying to make this thing run without games freezing. You can understand my frustration with this, after spending almost 3 grand on a rig, and to be teased by the amazing graphics it spits out, only for about 20 min before a lockup...
I ran Prime95's Blend Torture Test for more then 2 hours, zero errors and warnings. The CPU did heat up to about 43C (the highest Ive ever seen it). Any new thoughts?

Ok, so I ran Everest and checked out the numbers. They were even lower then previously reported. I went into the CMOS and changed the DRAM config to 2.75V, but the CPU Voltage only gave me up to 1.5V, that was the highest you could set it, so I put it on that. Am I supposed to do something...
really think I should underclock?
The only reason underclocking would make sense is if the temps were out of range, or even close to the threshold, but Im not anywhere near 90.
My computer passed a memory and CPU tests, and I just got the HD replaced.
What else could be causing these...
Ive had this rig up and running for a little more then a month. Here are the specs...

Its passed 5 times, and its still going, am I putting the computer at risk by letting it continue?
Also, I have the Maxtor Diamondmax 300 GB HD with 16MB Cache. I downloaded their HD diag tool "powermax" but it doesnt work with Nforce4 boards! wtf!
And they wont let me RMA it until I...
I ran Memtest86, it did all the tests 3 times, no fails. WHat does this mean? How long do I need to run it and should I be running all the tests or just 7 and 8 like some people have said?
If its not the memory, do I just have a bad HD?

appreciate the info guys, but 2500 is a great price for all this, plus it was professionally installed. Not everyone who comes to this forum knows how to get a system up and running, and this one already is, and is optimized. 2700 minus the 15% restocking fee is highway robbery for this...
