Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
At one time I was able to find a driver to fix the 'Generic PnP Monitor' in Device Manager. But now I can no longer find the thread that had it posted. Does anyone have a fix for it? It's not a big deal or anything but just a small niggle I would to correct again.
Win 7 incase that's needed.
Mine was shipped with Fedex and it came in somewhat the same shape. However I accepted it and opened it and everything was perfect. I've gotten quite a few things from both UPS and Fedex that have come in pisspoor shape, it's nowhere near just UPS having poor handling.
What is so fun about the Halo series? Quite frankly it's a decent well rounded FPS, and it has coop which means it's great to play with friends. Sure it doesn't look the best, and it's not the most original and some parts of them arn't executed well, but it's still amusing/fun.
I've ordered a few grand of computer stuff from them, but only a few things since they turned into Zip Zoom Fly. Never had a problem other than dead RAM, which they promptly RMA'd and shipped us new sets.
As far as I know they have not sent out any beta 3 emails except to existing testers from previous phases.
Last we heard from Brad he said they should start sending out new ones by the end of the week (today - friday).
I take that back...
