    if you check the evga forums ... there are other people that have received just oem cards and they've complained and evga has fixed it for them. no that's not what's supposed to happen.     i don't know why everyone is suggesting the x1900xtx. the 7950 outperforms it in everything except for oblivion (which is loses by a small margin), and has 1gb of memory.
