    ati's drivers don't support those mobility cards currently. you need to get the drivers from the laptop manufacture's site or use tweaked drivers like omega's.

    I found that VIA's AGP drivers are the cause of the problem. Switching to windows' default AGP drivers fixed my problem with 8x.

    If I recall, it's the LCD's response time is the equivalent to the CRT's refresh rate. I don't think the LCD's refresh rate matters.

    I ran the PowerMax scan, but it said the drive passed. If it doesn't fail I can't get the code to RMA it. What's wrong with this damn harddrive! :mad: Lost so many files to it and it won't let me get it fixed.
