    Never mind, I fixed it using Needlenose pliers and a quarter. TY all, turns out the second piece of advice by NoEcho worked.

    It isn't just gunk. That was one of the four cpu mounting screws for the bracket, so the screw isn't stripped. It was stuck with the backplate (the only one of the 4), but with some wiggling, I got the plate off, but now the back of the screw isn't completely circular.

    Right, as I was doing my 3 month cleaning for dust, I decide to take the chance of installing a new CPU cooler instead of just blowing out dust. Anyways, one of the mounting screws is stuck in the hole of my Mobo. No amount of twisting will get it loose at all. Any ideas?
